Did you try a search? Because I remember one guy on here talking about his Sniper programmer for his '05...
Yup - and if you do the search you will find that I am on that thread and have asked some of the same questions I asked here. From what I can tell there may only be one person on this board that is using the Sniper. I'm just looking for some non-hyped non-biased information.. Thanks for responding to the thread though and from the number of hits the thread is getting, I don't think I;m the only one that's interested...
The Sniper programmers (Patriot & Spartan) have not been released yet. It may still be a couple months for those two products. Their laptop/desktop "flash" software (Scout & Special Forces) hasn't been released yet either but will release very soon. Their Scout & Special Forces (chip version) software has been released and is working very well. For the 2005 Stangs, the flash version is the only option. You cannot put a chip into the computer that the 05's are equipped with.
