i'm looking for an engine builder. has anyone used either chicane or x2c motorsports in socal? any good or bad stories, impressions, experiences that might help in my decision?

are there any other good shops in the LA area that i might look into?

    thanks!

Chicane did all my mechanical work......great attention to detail, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Joe may be a little tough to get a hold of this week as they are taping a TV show there (Overhaulin)

Are you building a stock motor or are stroker if you are building a stroker go to Ben Alameda he is west of the 2 fwy on San Fernando Rd. He builds race motors you will have to have someone do the install.
