I recently did a brake job on my 99 cobra, and didn't realize that my brake line was rubbing against the cv boot on the drivers side. Needless to say, there is a little grease on the brake line now so I think there is a hole in the boot. Thats my problem. I called the local ford dealer and they don't know where to get a cv boot. They said the part is not listed in their books or whatever. I called autozone and they said the part lists as not required. Does anyone know where I can get a new CV boot for the IRS? PLEASE HELP! I've called all over town and noone seems to be able to help, and go figure, the CV shop in town has never worked on a cobra so he didn't know either.
