    None of the above actually but city streets with crowns do wonders on the underside of the car when going around corners. Gutters are no fun either.

    The weld was most likely crappy from the get go. Would the part have broken with the stockers on there :shrug: who knows. Put the oem stuff back on and make ford fix it.

    Except that to make them believe that the part broke by itself I'd have to reinstall all 4 of the original springs. I'd rather buy the $33 strut and just install it myself, warranty work or not. Im picking my car up and the new strut today so I can just reinstall the one side so I can get back to driving.

    They didnt want to perform the warranty work due to the length of the drop of the Sportlines. The Pro kit would probably be acceptable at some dealers. Im not worried though cause its only a $33 part.
