I just ordered a Year 1 instrument panel for 6 gauges and am trying to find an after-market source for the wood grain applique. I would like to cover the instrument panel with the same kind of applique you see on the original. does anyone know where I might find such a thing?

For Mach 1, I don't think anyone makes an aftermarket "applique" (just an exotic french-sounding marketing term for decal?) However, you can find woodgrain sticky paper at any home improvment store. Or for something stiffer and more durable, they also have woodgrain formica sheets, but this must be glued. You could always use real wood veneer as well.

I did not see your message, which contains the same info as BNickel, as your message did not get emailed to me where as BNickel's did. I clicked the link in the body of the email, went straight to his reply, and made my own reply. Thanks too for your suggestion.

I'm pretty sure NPD carries them.
