    I always had the impression the CAIs don't do anything for 2Vs.

    the more power the more they help, just proven fact.... on a stock car... it will do little, mine cleared up a bit of my crappy RPM range, but didnt notice power gains... with the plenum, TB, and spacer with the CAI i noticed a noticible power gain and my powerband feel alot more stable instead of the damn hesitation dead spots in the stock trim that i had.

    UPR's is GARBAGE, I got their x pipe and that is awesome. Go with Steeda, or take the money and buy an X pipe or gears
