Just a quick thing. As most know with my 347 build and then smog i have pretty much been putting more wrench time on my car than i ever have before over the past few months. I have found that i love using studs anywhere i can. I have Header studs, studs from the header to the X-pipe, Valve Cover studs, Lower intake studs, studs from my upper to lower. They make very job so much better. Helping to guide the parts together and then you just screw on the nut. Having taken a lot of my car apart and then putting it back together these have been a great help. That is all.

I need to get a set of header studs. Its a PITA trying to hold the heavy LT's up while lining up the bolt holes.

I have seen many studs get stuck, and need to be drilled out. IDK what's up with that though.

I use studs to guide pieces on, then I remove them and replace them with bolts.
