I have a dumb question. Cams have a "grind #" and "part #". When you talk about them what number do you use? Like if someone was to post in a sig or thread how do you refer to it?

the grind # is what the manufacturer uses, the part # is for the catalog.
to look up at say summit, the part # works for sure, the grind # might work.
    example:
    xe270hr-14 is a CCA-35-351-8
