ok, i have 2 alpine type-e's in a box that were from my old car. my 98 gt has the 2 amps under the back deck, i was wondering if i could run the subs off those amps, or could i get the power and remote for the amp from some of those wires? i really dont want to run all new wires so any way around that would be great. thanks

There is a how-to on adding subs/amps. You don't want to hook your subs to the factory amps because they aren't powerful enough. Only wires you'll NEED to run are the power wire from the front. All the other wires are run in the trunk only (unless you do a switch on your remote wire or something).
