Super Coupe Supercharger Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew how much a super coupe supercharger would be, and what all is needed to put one on a 97 v6 stang. Thanx
It's talked about in several prior threads. I know it can be done, but there is a lot of custom fabrication and tuning involved, and you need a lot of Supercoupe parts besides just the blower. It's been said that just transplanting a SC 3.8 engine is easier. Also, do you have emissions where you live?
its far easier and cheaper to buy the WHOLE motor and drop it in .... and even if you fabed it up the stock bottom end wont take much boost, the stock injectors are TINY.... so in the end you will have a motor that makes less hp/tq than a set of heads/cam/intakes would have done for your car.
Ok, thanx guys.....no there is no emissions here. So should i just get heads/cam/intake instead? how much hp/tq u think that will add?
generally on a pre 99 with heads/cam/intakes with a street set up cam you will get 260-270hp and tq~ (bhp not rwhp)
