SUSPENSION upgrade info wanted

    i would like to take a good look at the suspension of my 06gt
    when i launch the front comes up alot i have lca already but dont know about spring or shocks if any 2 can point me to a good write that would be awsome

    i have looked at bmr any they have lots of stuff but i dont know were to start

    thanks for any help

    Lol I like how the standard vs stage 3 kits change in difficulty from advanced to beginner when they're the exact same thing in terms of install procedures.

    I'm slowly piecing a Roush kit together but by doing it this way I didn't get the jounce bumpers / bump stops for my rear axle and now my watts link axle tubes are hitting the bottom of my car over bad bumps or sharp turns. Anyone has a set of those or know where I can get one?
