Does lowering the car and adding D-spec shocks really help out the car? Is it even noticeable? I dont want to hear that it cuts .5 sec from the slamon. Does it help?

Yes it helps. There was a very noticeable improvement with my eibach pro kit springs. And I haven't even changed the struts/shocks yet. Several friends following me in another car have commented about how flat the car corners now.
