    Anyone got one or know where I can get one? There are all sorts of them on eBay, but they are all on CD or .pdf. I'm looking for a good 'ole paperback. Unless you guess think the eBay route would work fine, just print it out (70 some pages!)

    Search on google, there are online versions available for free...they are adobe .pdf files.

    And you don't have Adobe you can download some versions of it for free.
