i just did a auto to t5 swap in my 99 v6 mustang. it was running good for awhile but now i'm haveing some problems. when i first start it up after sitting awhile and go to put it in gear it feels like the clutch isn't disengaging. after like 2 miles it totally locks me out of gear. everything is brand new in the bellhousing. i'm thinking it cable problems but havent dug into it yet. maybe a bent fork? the fork is brand new tho i wouldn't think it would be bent already. if anyone has had this problem or can help that would be great.

Dumb question, but did you fill the new tranny with fluid?
