Started this past week on rippen' down my GT's intake, and related hardware.I was originally gonna wait, but couldn't LMAO!!!
Last week my plug adapter came in for the Bullitt's altenator, and this morning i order up the rest of my stuff to complete the install.
So far this is a smooth job, could be expensive for someone starting from scratch, meaning not getting a good deal on a Bullitt intake with some hardware. As for parts.......Parts from Ford Canada are waaaaayyyyy over priced!!!!Even with the current dollars position. Some stuff was like double the price, and trippled the price......why!!!!!......,so i went to Ford U.S for everything.
So anyways,i decided to place everything together temporarily to see for myself for what i needed, and didn't need.
So here some picks on what she will look like!!

I'm hoping that maybe....she will be done in a few weeks.Time permitting, and parts coming in permitting!

    Thank you. :)
So far i've cleaned it more, the front cover, the wire loom, ects.Taking my time, and making sure i do this right.Since i bought a place back in March with a garage,it doesn't sit outside much or for long,so i'm giving the engine, and compartment extra detail while i do this swap.

I've used nothing really, just kept on top of it since i bought her new in '03,no winters, and only 2 summers use worth of rain. But,i did use some brake cleaner on the front engine/timing cover to get that pit look off from winter storage, and what ever dirt was on it last night.Otherwise,i wish i could help.

The Bullitt alt. is basically a Cobra alt.,and the plug in is different then the GT's.Otherwise,i'm not sure why Ford thought they had to put a different alt with the Bullitt intake compared to the regular GT alt.

    Thanks hotmustang331. :)
