I just bought a 91 lx 4 cylinder, the temperature gauge doesnt seem to move at all and I'm not sure but i dont think the fan is turning on (i'v gotten out leaving the car running and the fan wouldnt be on). I thick it might be the temperature sending unit, I bought a new bought cant figure out how to install it, please help, oh and if you have any ideas on other things it could be that would be nice. thanks

did you buy the cooling fan switch or the temp sender for the gauge??

either way, you simply locate the old sender and remove it and then put the new one in. pretty simple.

it is located to something like 2-3 inch under the "bell" for the oil pressure sending unit

if you don't know where it is located, then open your hood, look to the right end of your valve cover(the one next to your firewall).. and then you are supposed to see it..
