I'm due to get my income tax return on the 13th and I think I'm going to go with the oval TB version. Last time I went to my tuners I put down 572.

My best of 598 was at a shop I usually don't go to, and it was on a slightly cooler day. Where I tune always seems to read a little bit lower than a couple other places that my friends and I have dynoed. For example my v6 turbo dynoed 431 at our tuner's and 474 on another dynojet. A 43rwhp difference.

I'm wondering if this intake can get me over 600 on my tuners dyno?

What intake are you currently using? Unless its stock, I don't think the TF intake will be that much better than what you have. If your stuck on the TF intake, the oval tb opening is the only way to go with your power level.

Yeah. Only 598 rwhp is embarrassing.

I want to break 600 on my tuners dyno. It's been a goal of mine with my litle s-trim. I'm also considering an water/alchy injection.

Yeah, I would say with a TF intake and big oval tb you will be right at the 600hp mark or more. You should gain quite a bit up top.

Especially with the short runners the TF intake has. Good luck man! I am looking for to my buildup in the next coming years similar to what yours is...

The only thing i would check into before you order is if it works with centri superchargers. Ive heard (not positive) that it wont play nice with vortech because Trick Flows dumb ass design requires the alternator to be flipped around and face the other way.

I was going to get it also for my car, but didnt for that reason and ended up going with a bullitt intake.

No. I know of it though. I haven't heard many good things about it.

It doesn't look like the Hardball'r intake could flow as much air as the TF intake, IMO.

Looks like a proffesinal products peice. The reason trick flow reverses the alternator is to straighten out the runners and allow room to increase their size.
