I received word thru the robot lady that mine was built the week of Aug 29 yet still no word from the dealer. Now I've gotten word that "as of Sept 10 my car is on the ramp". I believe that's the word she used, not absolutely sure. Question, what is the "ramp"?

The Ramp is the railway head closest to your area....It will be unloaded from the train to a car carrier truck for dealer delivery.
