After starting my car up (see sig), my theft light blinks rapidly. Looked around, saw no obvious signs of forced entry. In addition to this I have a security alarm that would have told me had there been an attempt to break in, yet no indicator. Feeling fairly comfortable I shut down the car then restart with NO theft light blinking and the car starts/drives fine?! Has anyone else ever experienced this problem/know what is going on? I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but it is now starting to rain more and more in my neck of the woods (WA). Could oxidation on the theft wire contacts be causing this?
