Throttle Body Spacers

http://www.v6mustangstuff.com/05Engine2.htm

V6mustangstuff now has an MMR TBS. I was thinking about getting it. I am not talking about a whole new throttle body (which might be something I look ino later), just the spacer. I noticed that this spacer does not have the "swirls" on spacers that worked well with carbureted motors. So, what exactly does adding this extra space do? From reading other forums here on StangNet, there seems to be a mixed message.

Maybe I should just wait until they come out with a whole new throttle body for the V6.... Could be waiting a while...

For 60 bucks its worth buying even for 2hp just to see what we can get.

yeah... but it's $90 for dyno time and half a tank of gas to see if it gets you anything...

I'm made a deal with myself... I will no longer buy things from MMR... LOL

Would it make you feel better if I bought it, put up a post saying I wasted my money on it with dyno time costs, so you feel like you are not alone.
