I am seriously thinking of swapping from a C4 to a toploader. What are the chances of using on of these? http://www.wilwood.com/Products/005-PedalAssemblies/002-FSMP/clutch/index.asp I have a welder and I am not afraid to use it! I'm not worried about concourse either. I have seen kits, but they are a rip off IMO. $250 of parts for $500 Who is running a hyd clutch with a toploader and what did you learn from your experience? I don't need OD and not even entertaining the idea. The toploader is from a friend and at a good price. I don't like the stock set up for a clutch but not stuck on hyd.
I really would like this one, http://www.wilwood.com/Products/005-PedalAssemblies/002-FSMP/dual/index.asp but it might be too much work. I like the dual MCs.

I'm running a Toploader in my 89 Ranger that's got a hydraulic T/O bearing from McCleod. At first it was a pain in the butt, but now that I've worked the bugs out, it's pretty reliable. 1st problem was the banjo fittings on the T/O bearing leaking ( they've since fixed that in a similar manner to what I did) Other problem was the firewall bending and then breaking from the force applied to the master cylinder, you could also have this in a classic Stang if you don't make sure there's sufficient support for the M/C. The McCleod doesn't have a lot of adjustment and to adjust it, you have to slide the trans. back out to do so. You may not have room to do this. One more thing; with the Toploader's external linkage and the exhaust ( headers?) it's going to be damn near impossible to rig up an external slave setup to operate the clutch.

I don't know if the pedals in the links you posted will fit or not. Here's what I've used in my RHD conversion, a Willwood 7/8 MC and a Quartermaster hydraulic TOB. Might give you a few ideas.
