Transmission Rebuild...

I have a t5 transmission with 95,000 miles on it. Ive had trouble getting the car into gear when i shift fast, so i figured the synchros were going bad. The transmission also makes some chunking noises, when im driving and i puss the clutch in i can hear them. So i have a place rebuilding it and they say that cant see anything wrong. Should i get them to put new synchros in it anyways?

Humm Mine Grinds in 3rd gear so I think my synchros is bad for 3rd gear but then again I could be wrong I didn't have the money to get the transmission rebuilt. But If I was you I would get new synchros if they aren't bad now they will be. Mine has 99K I don't hear any clunking noises just the grinding in 3rd LOL. Could be that it was because my clutch was going out .
