i just got a new trick flow street heat upper and lower intake, was this a good choice over the gt40 intake? how hard is it to install this intake?

Its pretty straight forward as far as the install goes. I personally think the Street heat is better for the fact that if you upgrade your heads and whatnot and need more flow, you dont have to buy a whole new intake manifold, you can just buy a track heat upper, but both are good intakes.

Trick Flow is probably better, but IMHO the GT40 Intake is the Best Looking Intake available for a 5.0!

Tubular GT40 it makes better velocity than trick flow. Velocity = torque Or Edelbrock Performer gives easy access to the runners, also better velocity than trick flow.

The GT40 intake upper and lower out flows the TF up to around 5,000 RPM but past that the TF takes over, so i would sugest if running a N/A setup go with the GT40 but if your adding a turbo, supercharger, or nitrous then go with the TF.
