Tune Up?

    i was wondering what i need to do to give my 2.3 a tune up? all of the fluids were changed when i bought it, and it runs good but when i put in the cutch and stop the engine seems to bog down and has even cut off. a friend whose a mechanic suggested a tun up. how far should i take the tune up?


    the tach also fluctuates down after i rev it up a little. is this a sensor?

    Do a search. There was a really good thread not too long ago regarding this. I believe the thread was titled Perfect 2.3L Tuneup. Good luck.

    My car has the same problem when it revs, it will shoot back down and almost die. It never actually has though, so I dont worry too much...
