tuner unlock

    I'm looking at a used tuner, what is needed to unlock a xcal2???

    It's one of the programs you can download from the site, I'm not sure which one.

    just heard from breenspeed what you mention will only work if the original owner restored it back to stock otherwise they charge $150 plus shipping to unlock $75 for one new tune think it's too much trouble

    I bought mine from a guy in my car club, so I knew he returned his to stock. I'm guessing the only reason they charge that much is so a group of people can't buy one tuner and flash several cars.
