Hey guys, I am looking at 2 programmers right now the diablosport handheld and the sniper. I just don't know which way to lean. Any ideas? Also what does anyone know about the diablosport Mafia, is it worth the money?

Get a SCT Programmer, it's much better.

SCT XCal 2 from http://www.vmptuning.com you can't go wrong. That guy custom tunes his XCals with what he has seen in past cars, then leaves it unlocked so you can edit the tunes. As far as the MafIA, it is not worth it unless you are running boost and maxed out the MAF sensor. Even then, it is a better idea to get a bigger MAF and a better tune.

That makes it easy....the Diablo Predator flash tuner does not work on 2004 V6 applications. Don't know why they didn't offer a tuner for V6's that year, but that's one they didn't.

+2 on Justin/VMP Tuning and the XCal 2. We are using a XCal 2 from him for my wife's 2004 V6 after having used a Superchips Max Microtuner before that, and the difference is remarkable. He does indeed know how to set up tunes for the V6.
