my left turn siganl doesnt come in on the dash or work on the front left headlight;but works in the tailights...is making the clicking noise, and it sounds/blinks faster. Do i just need to replace the bulb in the headlight or is there a other problem...

Yes, replace the amber bulb in the side of the headlight assembly

It's like that to tell you your turn signal bulb is out on whichever side it blinks fast on. Either the front or rear signal, or the one that doesn't work. In your case, the front. If you fix it and the light still doesn't flash on the dash then you'll need to replace the bulb in the dash as well.

The reason that it speeds up is how it is done electronically. When only one light is being turned on instead of two, there is more current going through the circuit speeding up the time of how long the light is on and off.
