Tweecer not datalogging?

My tweecer is not datalogging anything from the Computer. I do have the R/T version and it used to work on my friends car. Any ideas what is wrong? Are there any other special drivers I must have.

Common issues are...

Removing the format file from the "LogFiles" folder. Make sure the base file "Logfile" has not been moved or deleted.

Or make sure you had the datalogging checkbox is selected and you have created/selected a payload.
