have any of you seen anything out there that doesnt look tacky that has the united states flag or something for a mustang?, im sick of those anti-U.S. hippies out there and would just like people to know when i drive by that im proud to be.
I got this one for a while, then it pissed me off so bad because it was angled so I got another one, had a auto custom shop put it on, but those jackasses didn't clean the window first and so it wouldnt stick.....ughhh...but here it is.
oh...and the default pattern is the word mustang is blue, and the flag is in red, with the horse in white. But to go with the color scheme of my car, I chose all white.
Yeah, go to http://www.classicdesignconcepts.com/catalog/itemdisplay/532.html and check out their patriotic flag! I have it and get asked about it all the time. I have not seen too many in my area with it so it is a headturner
Sec. 7. ? Position and manner of display B. The flag should not be draped over the hood, top, sides, or back of a vehicle or of a railroad train or a boat. When the flag is displayed on a motorcar, the staff shall be fixed firmly to the chassis or clamped to the right fender. Sec. 8. ? Respect for flag No disrespect should be shown to the flag of the United States of America; the flag should not be dipped to any person or thing. Regimental colors, State flags, and organization or institutional flags are to be dipped as a mark of honor. E. The flag should never be fastened, displayed, used, or stored in such a manner as to permit it to be easily torn, soiled, or damaged in any way.
So what 77Sleeper is saying if you want to put a flag up....you should probably think about putting in a Canadian flag
As long as you, the ownder of the vehicle, are happy with its placement and our proud of what it represents, just try and keep it as clean as possible.
well, im sure most of you have found this, i wouldnt put it on my car but... http://www.classicdesignconcepts.com/catalog/itemdisplay/532.html he will fit the 94-98's and in the corral of the 99-04's...
it's also disrespectful to use the flag as clothing, you should inform whoever you see wearing an american flag shirt or something of their lack of respect for our flag...
well old ladies thinks they pretty with there blouse with 500 american flags on it and like guys that have like button up versions... we've all seen them
Somehow I don't think that shirts with American on them are what they're talking about. If that were the case, then every racecar driver, and olympic athlete that wears the American flag is being disrespectful. The rule actually just applies to someone taking an actual flag and wearing it, or sewing it into an article of clothing. As for the flag on the car. I've just got an American Flag sticker on the driver's-side rear quarter window.
I have the flag that you do not like, i also have a flag on my rear window and on my fire helmet! I wear it with pride, but what kid rock did was cut a hole in the flag and wear it. He is a dumbass! I say it again, dumbass and I lost respect for him and anyone else that would do that!
