I have a hard time trusting a car with such fresh paint and aftermarket stuff done to it. With the mods and mileage alone and considering it's probably not original paint, I wouldn't pay more than 4k for that car.

I'm not trying to bring you down
BUT
With all of those mods I would check it out very carefully. Usually hot rod parts on a car will bring the price down.
Also, some people who have modded their cars extensively just drive the snot out of them and the poor old car is all used up.
Hope it works out for you cause a GOOD 94-95 stang is hard to find.
