Uploading pics

    I've been having some trouble uploading pics. I just did the Fox t-body swap and I got a set of Weld draglite wheels on. Everytime I try to upload a pic its too big. I've tried resizing it to a thumbnail but the image is still over 78kb. Can anyone help me? Is there a different image editor I should use or a website that will host the pics for me?
