Sucks about the guys getting killed just cruising down the highway. Hell, I don't care if they were hitting the nitrous, if the damn suspension system failed then that was a MAJOR contributing factor to the accident!

I have a set of their pro series u/l control arms on my car and they work fine and the welds are great!(good product)
When they were shiped the box riped and some parts were lost and I called them up and told them he box was riped and what I was missing.

They sent me the parts I was missing with no questions asked.

But that is poor customer service on their part in that thread. Atleast UPR is trying to make it right to save their butt.lol

    talk about business suicide.

personally i was always iffy about how they could sell such high quality (chrome-molly)products as cheap as they would. so i have never consider their suspension products.

i already learned the hard way, just cause a company has big ads in the mags doesn't mean your getting your money worth, and the customer service that should go along with it. you will get what you pay for, and cheaper will cost you more in the long run. so i wonder once they close up shop what new name they will restart with?
