Which do u like better? I like the GT front with the lights within the grill. My wife likes the V6 front with no lights in the grill.

I'm with szer0... I too, like the concept front the best. But, since it's not being made, I would have to go with the GT front. The V6 looks too plain in the grill area for me, but the GT Fog lights are a bit too bold. I think they would be better with some smoked covers. Make them more subtle, not gone, there, but not as "in your face!"

    GT all the way.

Look at the V6 and the GT front ends. There is a significant difference between the V6 and the GT that has nothing to do with the fog lamps.

It's the absurd license plate space indented into the bumper of the V6 model.

On a recent car I owned (1994 Jetta), I ran it for about 6 years or so with no front plate. I never got hassled by the police, and I kept the front plate safe for future installation in the trunk. I even got a ticket in the car, and they never wrote me up for a missing front plate.

I intend to do the same thing in my '05. Just like my Jetta, I'll make sure the dealer does NOT punch any holes in the bumper for the license frame.

The car looks so much better without plates than the V6.

Besides, I like the quad-lamp look. It reminds me of the 68 GT's.

I want the GT-R front end, but since that's not an option, I'll go with the V6's :D

GT by far. Don't care what my wife likes, don't care what the kids like, don't care what the neighbors llike. I like the GT so thats what I'm getting.
