has anyone used it? i was thinking about getting it for my car and running like a 75 shot or smaller. would that be safe on a stock motor without a tune? could i just install the kit and go or would i have to have other parts to make it work right? thanks for any help

On my 2002 GT I ran a 125 shot of NOS NOSZLE direct port gas without a tune with no issues...NOS specifies that you run it on a stock tune. I had a few other safety things though...colder plugs (as specified by NOS), NOS window switch, FPSS, Wideband, FP gauge, KB Boost a Pump, Plasma Booster...

Sure it is safe...but don't be stupid with it and follow the recommendations of the manufacturer to the letter. Best of Luck!

if your goanna run nitrous, get colder plugs. for your shot id recommend NGK TR6. Other than that i think you can safetly run a 75 without a tune but youll get more out of the bottle if you tune it. i use a can tune from american muscle with a 100 hp shot. i can go up to 150 but i want to dyno tune the car for that.

btw if you got the money, go for an NX plate kit. thats what i use and itS AWSOME!!!! :)

I'd suggest looking for a different kit rather than the recluse. A 10 OZ bottle will not last very long. If you do enough looking you can find some nice kits in the $400-600 range even with accessories.

HOLY CRAP! Hell no that won't last...

Get a 'real' kit. And plan on the accessories (window switch, bottle heater, etc), do the safe things like a FPSS and colder plugs, and I'd seriously consider a fuel pressure gauge, a wideband, a kenne bell boost a pump. It all adds up, but otherwise your fun won't last very long.

(And it's definitely not going to last long with a 10 oz bottle...!)
