My wife has an 05 mustang v6. It has 35,000 miles on it and the dealer is telling her the clutch assy is not covered, that it is only covered in the first year. As the booklets are in the car I cannot check this.

Can anybody shed light on this?

    Thanks
    Mike

I didn't see anything in mine covering this (that I remember), but that is pretty much standard for "wear" items. I believe brakes also fall in this category, as well as light bulbs, etc.

I guess I should have posted an up date.

The dealer covered all labor costs associated with the clutch issue. They covered the pressure plate etc. The only thing I had to cover was the cost of the clutch.

    An $800 + bill was under $200.00
