So what are the differences if any in the 03 and 04 Mach 1. I mean like engine/drivetrain changes/etc. I'm asking bc I might be getting a new car in a few months and I am just getting as informed as I can about the cars I am looking at. Thanks yall.
There's a HUGE difference between an 03 and an 04 Mach 1 1. The 04 has 40th anniversary badges on the fenders 2. The 03 valve covers are painted black, on the 04 they're unpainted 3. Screaming Yellow replaced Zinc Yellow in 04 4. Competition Orange added as a color choice in 04 5. Some people will say the 04 is 310hp and the 03 is 305hp, but according to Ford, it's 305hp 320tq for both years. 6. Some say the exhaust ports on the 04 are different, but I haven't seen first hand evidence of that. All in all, the 2003 and 2004 Mach 1's are basically identical
NOW wait a hot second here!!! I BLEW that doors off of an 04 the other day simply because of the black valve covers. I mean c'mon, black valve covers plus the new VTEC sticker I got to replace the "32V"...............trust me, you don't wanna mess with this!

Oh and heres another performance difference. Theres a 40th anniversary badge in front of the shifter.
umm, there is no anniversary badge infront of the shifter, and the 04's have 4 cats as well.... I know, I own one......well...mine has 0 cats now...

There is no net between the visors on the 04 and the 04 Mach 460 stereo head unit is set up for Sirius satellite radio.
