k-member, LT headers, locker, axles, subframes, 4.30s, and et streets. This should get you into the 12s. And also rear seat delete. Need to weld up your torque boxes. Like you said a good clutch.

Hopefully someone with the cams will be able to chime in and tell you. I think Stage 1's pass emissions but i'm not 100% sure.

Lt's with cats WILL pass emissions easily. Its just when you get into cams you have to take emissions into consideration!

Ehhhh................don't be so sure on the emissions with LT's. Usually LT's won't allow you to pass emissions.

Haven't had problems with emissions in NC with full exhaust with cats though. Emission standards can vary by state though i think so depends on how strict they are.

I agree, tires help a lot and cams would probably do good too.

My bf has pretty much every bolt-on: full exhaust, 3.73's, pulleys, clutch, cai, tb & plenum, etc with ET streets he's doing 13.55s/106mph. I do think he should've done 4.10's since he's stayed N/A so far. His goal is to break 12's N/A, but i don't know if he's going to spend money on cams. So we'll see how he does with more practice this year.

Well there you go, I guess maybe you can pass emissions. I was always under the assumption that LT's = Nogo with emissions testing.
