What pressure would you all suggest for street driving on Nitto555 drag radials?

I'd run the recommended PSI (32?). You're not really going to get better traction by running less... at least not on the street. You'll just cause them to wear unevenly.

I ask cause the owner just had the new tires put on today for me and the shop set them at 44psi. I never run the max psi on a tire, but didn't know if the Nittos were different. Thanks

44PSI!!! WTF? Never any reason to run the MAX unless you're trying to get better gas mileage.... LOL!

44 psi would wear the centers out of a street tire in no time; I'm guessing it would do the same to a drag radial...

Exactly! I usually keep all my tires at 34-35psi. I just didn't know if DR's were different, never had a car that could really use em.:nice:
