Its time for a new clutch and I want something durable and that wont slip. I drive a 2000 3.8 mustang mustang with of course a 5 speed. Needless to say I know nothing about clutches and have no clue what to look for. SO any help would be greatly appreacited. CAN i fit a king cobra clutch in a 3.8, what is a good clutch, where to buy, how much to install one. any help woudl be greatly appreacited thanks
Im not sure if you can get this for a 3.8 but my friend has a CenterForce Clutch ( Something like that, Google it I knonw its close to that.) he has a Cobra. And it is said to be the best clutch for the Mustang and from what I've driven with it I think it realy is. Do some checking it'll be worth your time
Go with SPEC. http://www.specclutch.com/specMain.html $350 for a stage II. With a kevlar disc instead of an organic one. Look for about a $300 dollar install job.
