Kravin, x-plan saving 8k, someone is smokin crack in your hood. I am a ford d-plan employee which is similar to x-plan. MSRP on mine was 27,500, I paid 24,100 which is better than x-plan, so keep dreaming and stop spreading the BS
ding ding ding. We have a winner. I tried pushing this point in the power adders forum last year. The question was whether a supercharger would void a warranty or not. My written "you can take this to the bank" opinion was that an aftermarket part will not void a warranty unless it can be proven that it caused the failure. Install a supercharger on a GT and a rod busts, ford has a good reason to deny your warranty because it is easy to claim that the after market part cause the failure. Install a supercharger and your cd player stops working, Ford does not have good grounds to deny your warranty.
