Whats a good lca?

    For the money need to know before this weekend. I was looking at what brenspeed has, the bmr's sound good, need the advice guys.

    I have BMR lowers. Not adjustable. With Poly Bushings. They seemed to help wheel hop, although I have not been to the track after putting them on... and I don't make it a point to do burn outs when I drive the car :). All I can say is the poly bushings sure do transfer a lot more noise then the stock bushings.

    I have the billet BBR ones. I haven't tried other ones, so can't give you a comparison, but they completely eliminated wheel hop, are very light weight, and look great. they have urethane bushings.
    (this is not an add, just my testimony) :D

    So how noisey are they, loud enough to hear over engine noise?
