I want to pull the rims off my 89 ssc and store them and put a set of aftermarket rims on. I'm not real familiar with the fox stuff and need help with fitment. I'm thinking 17x9's which have 5.95 bs which would be about 3" from hub to outside rim. I think the 16x8's have a 6"bs which would be 2" to outside. That would put the 17x9's out towards fender lip 1" more. Is that correct? I realize these are the svo/lincoln brakes so do you think these will work? thanks

Remember, front and rear offsets are different.

I've seen some of the 17" Saleen replicas, they look pretty good.
