From what I have read, I think you need to go with a smaller offset (like 30-35) otherwise the wheels will stick out too much. But don't take my word on it. I am kinda wondering the same thing.

Can anyone answer this question and give an explanation on what offset you would need with 245/35/19's for the 2005. I don't know how offset works and if it would ruin handling and such if you didn't get the exact offset. Help would be greatly appreciated

Oh yeah and the Rim size i wanna put with the 245/35/19's are 19x8.5 with a 38 positive offset. Will they stick out? Mess up the car? Rub? I am clueless....

well if I remember days workin in a car parts warehouse, all you need to do is take the wheel off your 05, turn it over and measure the distande from the lug holes to the top of the rim, make sure you have a metric ruler, and you can use this as a start point for your new wheels.
