Does anyone know what size wheel spacer I would need to make my stock wheels flush with my rear fender??? Also, will a spacer affect handling or ride??

Handling not much, I have 1" H and R Spacer and it is pretty flush with the tire and fender. I wold not go any more than 1" for it may look terrible if you get a big 275 tire for the rear.

Ride no, handling maybe, SAFETY ABSOLUTELY! Not all spacers are created equal. Do your research before purchasing.

Also consider future and rim tire sizes

1" .... I have 1" spacers on my 98 and they line up perfectly.

Image Example Hubcentric Spacers for the 03/04.

EvilEyez...I bought my spacers at a 4x4 shop! They have them manufactured to their specs to sell retail. They use 6061 billett alum just like the brand names, and steel (of course) studs. The spacers are very substantial pieces of metal, but light, so not much inertia when spinning. The vehicle doesn't even know they are there, in between wheel and rotor hub.

This shop installs these on all kinds of off road vehicles including rock crawlers! They told me that no one has ever reported a failure! Mine were intended for use on a Jeep or F150 (5x4.5).

Just my $.02 for your consideration.

BTW....in my thread, you'll notice that I have only 8" wide Cobra Rs w/245x45 Falkens, so I used a 1-1/4" spacer. So far so good. The look is like night and day!!

Ive wanted them for awhile but I just wander how safe they are, because in a case like this, it seems like if you dont choose the right brand or size, you may make the car unsafe or... I dont know

    spacer

i was told to get some offline that are made of aircraft aluminum. Because if those things break......you might too. The handling will hardly be affected....and the car will look much nicer if u ask me... :flag:
