Wheels and Springs

Been shopping for new Cobra wheels and lowering springs/shocks & struts (for handling, not traction), but not sure what to get. Wondering if I should get four 17" wheels, four 18" wheels or 17" wheels in front and 18" wheels in back. Also not sure how much to lower the front and back or what brand springs and shocks/struts are good. Any input/advice is appreciated and if you have pics, even better!
