Passenger door shell reassembly is complete, next comes sanding, prep and paint..............

Also on the list is the hinge repairs, but I still need to get the old hinge pins pressed out.

Open the garage and let some of the exhaust fumes out....

I think that he has been stuck in that deep dark corner of the closet for far to long.

And he's back for more.............

Door shell is complete for now, hinges on, wrapped and boxed until Spring, when I can put it back on the car........


The engine is off the stand and back on the dolly.........


This was so I could put the transmission on the stand, I even put together a little work bench from bits of lumber I had hanging about............

And all of this before 9 a.m. today! Now I just have to figure out how the hell I'm gonna clean up the trans.............

I'm still working on the rear splash shields for my fenders too and will start on the front ones if I can ever remember where the @#$% I stashed them!

So which will come first in your life, a drive in the car or Social Security?
