My wife has an 07 GT lowered with Tokico shocks and Sportline springs with about 15,000 miles on the suspension since it has been lowered. About 3000 miles ago she noticed a whine coming from the power steering pump area when she was turning the car while stopped or at low speeds. Since then Ford has replaced the power steering pump and rack and pinion twice and the car still makes the noise. I am beginning to think that the suspension has settled and the Eibach springs are not holding up so well. I would like to know what else it may be before I go and put new springs on. Any suggestions of what it might be would be appreciated.

Mine does it too and the car is at stock height with 16k on the clock. I notice that my dad's 07 F150 does the exact same thing. I heard somewhere that changing the power steering fluid to a full synthetic solves the problem. Fords have always been notorious for p/s pump noise. Personally, I'm not going to worry about it.
