white face gauge help!

Well I installed some Mac WFG and now Im kinda worried that all my guages will be off. I want you guys to tell me if I did it right.

First before I started, I turned the key into the second position (fuel pump priming) where all the gauges move and I made notes where everything goes. Then I shut it down and put my WFG on. After I finish I connected it and then I put the key in the second position then I tried to put everything back together in the same spot earlier. Will this be okay? is this way incorrect?

I kinda had to mess with the needles to get them to read correctly. Just remember what she idles at. To double check the speedo, you might have someone trail you with a cell phone/walkie talkie.
