Dude our combos are so close its not even funny. But I hope ur magnaflows are keeping ur car quiet because it should sound alot lounder than that...but seriously the only difference is im carb, alittle more comp, and I have alittle more intake duration.
what kinda times you run? i know of a guy who put 440rwhp in a gt full weight (3500lbs)an ran 10.8s @125. that was with hydraulic roller and fox lake ported high ports, and anderson cam.
Flat tappet cams in theroy should make more torque down low do to the lifter opening acceleration rate is fast for about the first .300 of lift. The down side is the increased friction and the lifters wanna "take off" from the cam lobe do to having to use lighter springs than is roller counter part. What oil do you use? Oil now a days is a flat tappet cams biggest issue because they are taking more and more of the anti-wear additives out (such as ZDDP and phosphorus) as well as adding more detergent witch increases friction. You can literly round a lobe if you use unfriendly oil and have moderate spring pressure.
