Window Motor Tutorial

Hey guys both the window motors on my dads 02 mustang are dead, and i managed to get the windows rolled up but they fall down after hitting some bumps so i found both the motors at a U pull it lot, and i have both of them but i cannot find a tutorial to put them in, does anyone know where i can find a step by step guide or can anyone describe it? thanks!

the only way to describe it is a tutorial and i haven't seen one, when i took the motor out of my door and tried to put it back it took me hours to figure out which way the track system went in and how to get everything to bolt back up again in the right way.
